With the conclusion of the two carpeting/tiling jobs we engaged you to do recently we thought it important to tell you how delighted we were with the process and results in both cases right from the initial pricing through to the final laying and presentation.
We were particularly impressed with your knowledge of the various products and your competitive pricing. Initially we thought we would probably be paying more dealing with a Raglan firm but that was not the case.
